He is back at the Roost in NYC’s East Village, and this time, he means business — delivering a stinging left hook to this egg-white-based cocktail we like to call ‘The Compa’ with none other than Small Axe’s very own Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. Yes, that is our spiciest product and no, this drink ain’t for the weak palates out there.

  • 2 oz Haitian Rum
