Recipe:

Ingredients:

-1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
-1/2 tsp chili powder
-1/4 tsp smoked paprika
-1/4 tsp cumin
-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-1/8 tsp sea salt
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 cup diced tomatoes
-1 avocado, diced
-1/4 cup chopped cilantro
–1 head green cabbage, shredded (about 4 cups)
-2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
-12 small soft tacos or 6-8 large tacos, for serving
-1 small jalapeno, diced (optional)

Directions:

1- To a small bowl add Small Axe Peppers Habanero Mango Hot Sauce. Mix together then add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.

2- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat then add the olive oil. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook until opaque and slightly pink in color, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside on a plate.

3- Assemble tacos by adding a heaping scoop of Cilantro Lime slaw to each taco shell then top with 3–4 cooked shrimp and diced avocado (and cilantro if desired).

4- Serve immediately with lemon garlic aioli on the side for dipping!

1- To a large bowl add the shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, diced red onion, diced jalapeño, and lime juice.

2- Toss well to combine then taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

I personally like mine on the spicier side so I add an extra jalapeño or two but feel free to tone it down to your liking! Set slaw aside in the fridge until ready to use or serve immediately if preferred.

1-To a small bowl add the garlic, mayo, lemon juice, and salt then whisk together until smooth.
